Hello all. I just recently purchased my first 4 wheel drive. Its a 91 nissan pathfinder 4 door. I have been looking into lifting the truck to fit a 44" tsl under it. I am new to the 4 wheel drive area but no stranger to suspension. I build airride trucks for a living but would like any and all advice on acomplishing this lift. The truck is a v-6 but already have a lsx that i will be installing in this process. can anyone help?

With tires that big you will need to go to a MUCH lower gear in the diffs. If you don't you will end up lugging that engine so much it will knock it's self to death. I did that. took about 10,000 miles but finally knocked so much it broke a piston. I changed gears and the new engine is happy, never lugs or knocks. good luck with yopur swap.
