Corona, Ca…advanced FLOW engineering (aFe Power), an industry leader in performance intakes, filters, manifolds and exhaust systems is pleased to announce the release of their new Twisted Steel performance header for the 00-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ with I6-64.0L part number 48-46202.

This new performance header from aFe Power is engineered to be as tough and durable as your Jeep Wrangler and provide maximum power and strength under extreme conditions. 48-46202 is constructed out of durable14-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing that is TIG welded for maximum strength and durability (no cracks here). Using Pulse Control Technology, the 1-1/2” optimized length primary tubes and mitered merged collectors are designed to produce maximum flow and exhaust velocity, increasing horsepower and mid-range pulling power.  48-46202 comes complete with a premium flange gasket and retains all OE emission components (CARB EO Pending) for a hassle-free installation.  

In recent testing, part number 48-46202 produced 8 horsepower, 8lbs. x ft. torque.
