hello i am mikoto, a janpanese current here in LA, i just need to ask a question regarding my toyota 4runner parts. is it really throttle body spacers add boost to a certain engine?

You're not going to get dramatic power gains just from a throttle-body spacer. In my experience, bolt-ons such as these will at worst have no effect, and at best, have a minimal effect. I would probably install an aftermarket performance intake and cat-back exhaust before I'd bother with a throttle-body spacer. If anyone else has had a different experience, please share.
