f150 suspension problems

my 1984 f150 has 6" suspsnsion lift and 3" body lit. i run 35" tires on 10" wheels. i flipped and swapped side with the rear shackles for part of my lift and no matter what i still get wheel rap or wheel hop when the rear end hits certain bumps on the road. i have done this procedure many times and this is the only time i have ever experienced wheel rap. all help is appreciated....rookie
