350 to 396 engine swap

Hi,
I would like to put a late 60's 396 into a 94 chevy which currently has a 350 and auto transmission. I have a few questions:
1. What additional components will I need? (bell housing, transmission, tc etc.)
2. What transmission/transfer case upgrade if any do you folks recommend?
3. How difficult is this swap? Seems pretty straight forward since these trucks
were available with big blocks from the factory.
