I have a 1987 Dodge Raider and its been giving me problems on lack of power. It has a 4 cylinder and my main concern is. Whenever I start driving up-hill, it starts to shake and lose power. What might be the cause of this?

Check the catalytic converter. Shortly after I bought my raider, some times it was fine other times it wouldn't pull itself on flat ground. Cut off exhaust myself, the too to the muffler shop for a new setup. Been over a year without any problems.
