SOA

I have been looking at economical ways to lift my jeep and it looks like the soa is the way to go. any ideas on where I can go to get the step by step on how its done.I have already lifted the body 2 ins and have put the lifting shackles on. I also have a add a leaf. I have 35 inch super swampers and i need a couple more inches before I take it to the dunes this summer. Im getting mixed messages on this method and need to know is it as easy as some say or is it a can of worms.
