THIS MARKER WAS PLACED ONE DAY BEFORE A MAJOR SNOW STORM OF 4AND 1 HALF FT IN BIG BEAR AND UNLESS YOU HAD A FOUR WHEEL DRIVE WIRH 40 INCH ARE LARGER TIRES YOU COULDENT GET TO WITHIN THREE MILES OF THIS MARKER I KNOW I WAS THERE

The marker was placed in October when there was no snow. There also wasn't much snow when the marker was found mid-December. The family that found the marker was driving a 1983 GMC Jimmy with 35-inch tires and drove in the trail without issue.
I wasn't there but I saw the photos and there wasn't any snow near where the marker was found.
