Some of you may have seen the news release by Chrysler about its upcoming line of extended-range electric vehicles, with the unveiling of electric versions of the Chrysler Town & Country, Jeep Wrangler, and a Lotus-based Dodge sports car.
My question to you guys is...would you buy or drive an electric Jeep?

I've heard for future models, they're considering in-wheel electric motors, which could theoretically mean infinitely-variable and per-wheel independent low range. That seems kind of cool, as long as it's reliable and can stand up to the kind of punishment Jeep enthusiasts are known to dish out!
