ROAD ARMOR FRAUD

This is ridiculous. While RA is busy advertising their association with the movie industry, I am left hanging---having already paid in advance for my bumpers for my 1996 Bronco---for nearly a year now.
Road Armor FRAUDULENTLY TOOK MY MONEY THROUGH A CREDIT CARD CHARGE ten months ago, but still have not delivered my bumpers.
Because I trusted "Natalie" at RA, who kept telling me my bumpers were "on the way" I waited too long to get my money back through my credit card company. I am now forced to file suit against Road Armor and (through my company) am having my collections agency go after them.
ROAD ARMOR = CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR

I also paid ROAD ARMOR almost a year ago, I havent heard from them and I just called today. They want to charge me a 30% refund fee (non refundable). Basically they are trying to get over $400.00 for doing absolutly nothing!!!
I'm pissed off at ROAD ARMOR. They only seem to be interested in taking care of big orders.
I wouldn't recomend anyone doing business with them.
NOW I JUST WANT A FULL REFUND AFTER WAITING 10 MONTHS!!!!

That's pretty crazy, guys, and it sucks big time. I'm sorry you're having to deal with this. How frustrating! I am likely pointing out the obvious but have you called and asked to speak to the manager or owner of the company? It would be best to speak to someone in charge instead of getting the run around from assistants. If you can not contact them over the phone I would try sending a formal letter stating your complaints and intentions and giving them a date to respond by before threatening further action. ask for the name of the owner or who should receive such a letter from whoever you speak to on the phone. however, if you have in fact been cheated and want retribution after exhausting all other resources you may have grounds for further action. there are also organizations such as the Better Business Bureau and others that may be able to help you resolve your disputes.
I hope each of you are able to resolve these issues with the company in question. Good luck.

My case is the same, ordered the front and rear matrix bumpers... over 3200 bucks worth back in April 08 and nothing but the excuses. Isnt there some kind of criminal code that can be applied. They are advertising good service, and swindling people's money. They havent replied to one of my emails or calls since November. I am currently stationed in Iraq and wont be back until July.... it just adds to the stress....

Sorry that you're having more problems while over there. I too am trying to deal with them. I'm filing a civil suit in my local county court. Even after getting a judgment however, don't know how to make them pay. Could sure use the money.

At last there's a solution that reduces vibration and improves acceleration. When the bike hits freeway speeds, simply shift into 6th gear and lower the cruising RPM. Freeway cruising becomes more enjoyable with reduced vibration, increased gas mileage while keeping the engine in the heart of it"s torque band. All of our RevTech® 6-speed transmissions are complete, and ready-to-install in place of the stock transmission with absolutely no modifications required! Every transmission features a forged aluminum trap door to withstand the performance demands of high-output motors, and gears made from 8620H chromemoly steel with precision-ground teeth and back-cut gear dogs for smooth and accurate engagement. Quieter operation is achieved with mainshafts and Online Pharmacycountershafts that feature major-diameter fit-splines, and the shift forks are investment cast for strength and durability. In addition to these ground-breaking innovations, a CNC-machined, radially-uniform shift cam is used for smooth, precise gear shifting and a shift lever throw that is same in every gear. Every RevTech® 6-speed uses a close-ratio 2.94:1 first gear and .893:1 overdrive 6th gear, and have chrome covers fitted to cases with polished or black wrinkle painted finishes. A chrome end cover featuring the distinctive RevTech® 6-speed logo laser-etched into its surface is also included.
