Hey, I'm swamping a 2.5 L AMC I4, 105 hp-130 hp with a Universal GM 350 Engine on my 1984 Jeep XJ, does anyone have any advice for me? And I will like to put a ARB Safari Snorkel on it too, so what all do I need to do for the snorkel?

~~~Thanks, Andrew
I'd probably go with a fuel-injection set up. Just a simple throttle-body injection would probably work fine. Will give you better drivability on the trail, and less likely to stall out than a carb. Holley and Edelbrock have some nice setups. Snorkel might require a little bit of custom fabrication in terms of tubing and stuff. If you're running a carb or TBI, you're probably going to end up with a circular intake filter and housing, so make sure you get one that's enclosed with a snout, then you can do the snorkel. Otherwise, there's no point.
