There are a number of places to go. 4WD Hardware, Quadratec, and 4 Wheel Parts are three retailers that carry every type of top available for the JK.

Bestop offers bikini tops. looks like Smittybilt makes one, too. As Phil pointed out you can order them through most parts vendors such as Quadratec, 4WD Hardware, 4WPW, etc.
