Recently went and checked out 2N17X just outside of lake silverwood, CA .... it's a pretty wicked trail a buddy busted 2 U-joints an upper balljoint and broke the end of the driverside axleshaft where the U-joint is pressed in ... needless to say.. we diddn't finish the trail.. but one day we'll handle it.. i have pictures of the the day we were up there.. i'll post some later.

Everyone is familiar with Moab, Utah, and its surrounding area.  It's a great place to go, even though it's over-visited at certain times of the year.  Very few are aware of the Hurricane, Utah, area on the other side of the state that also offers great opportunities at Sand Hollow and then south throughout the Arizona Strip.

Farmington, New Mexico, is also a fantastic place to go.

Montrose, Colorado is one of my favorite destinations for tough trails, great scenery, and nice people.
