I have a 2002 Dodge Ram pick up with 38" Trxus Tires. My Tire size is 38X15.50 R16.5. I want to buy new tires but have found that this size does not have a lot of offerings. I would like to replace my wheels and tires but want to go with a more standard size so that the next time I replace them, I will have more options. Any suggestions?

16.5" wheels are on their way out because of their 15 degree bead seat that allows the tire to break a bead very easily if pressure isn't watched carefully.

Going to a 17" wheel will open up your choices tremendously.  There are many tires available in 37-38" that fit on a 17" wheel.
