i listen to just about everything.  recently i've gotten into listening to podcasts more than anything else.  but once i pull off the pavement, lock the hubs and air down, the radio pretty much goes off till i'm headed off the trail.  its good to listen for new squeeks, creaks, crackles, and crunches.  plus the distraction of music blaring usually throws me off my game. but seriously, who listens to radio anymore?!  CDs or MP3s are the way to go!

I listen to different music and stuff depending on the day.  Old new wave, 50s and 60s hits, country, Sinatra, classical, and old time radio such as Dragnet.  All this is on Sirius.

Lately it's been Julien K, Orgy, Disturbed, Dead By Sunrise, Good Charlotte, Paramore, and AFI. Green Day and Smashing Pumpkins get rotated in and out as well. Evanescence works well when I need to stay awake but don't want my nerves rattled.

No country, no hip hop. I'll listen to classic rock if someone else has it on, but I won't actively select it. I've got a bad taste in my mouth regarding classic rock, as it still reminds me of a bad job experience way back when.
