I don't know about you guys, but I think the 3.8 V-6 in the new JK is weak-sauce. They need to offer a V-8 or turbodiesel option. I hope they do this soon.

Well the engine is what it is! Now I know that's not a real answer but on the same note I think all vehicles could use a high powered V8.

If the JK isn’t loaded down it does quite well on the highway, our Rubicon is running 35’s, is re-geared to 4.88 with Superior’s new JK gear sets. I am please with it performance … but yaaaaa, obviously I’d like a few hundred more horsepower pulling it around. The Jeep would rock with a new 6.1L Hemi.

By the way, I am hearing rumors of a diesel JK. But that is just a rumor!
