by my calander it's now the 16th of august and i still have not seen the North coordinates  not that is matters much to me because I live in north eastern part of the country and by the west coordinates it's out there again. But I still enjoy looking for the area. Hopefully someday soon it will be in this area.

Ok, I know it is only 8:15, but I was hoping the north coordinates would get posted early.

I think Kevin is going to wait till exactly 1:00 pm to post the coordinate, then it will be like the Oklahoma land rush, all over again

October 2007 North Coordinate

Ok folks again I am very sorry for the delay in posting the north coordinate. If you are curious what happened please read the prior posts from me.

41° 40.085N

Good luck, and please be careful, the marker is located in bear and cougar country. Sound advice; don’t go out looking for this marker by yourself, bring a friend of two.

If you have any questions please feel free to email me.

I'm at the coordinates but it seems to already be gone, has somebody already found this one?

DRY LAND IS NOT A MYTH!!!  And neither is this...the October 2007 Marker has been found.  I was there...I saw it!  Let me tell you...I was excited to see how close it was to me, so naturally I hopped in the Jeep and headed for it.  Unfortunately, I saw my excitement turn to despair as I was a mere tenth of a mile from the location.  I met the winning family coming back down the trail.  Congratulations folks!  I think that is the fastest I've ever heard of one of these things being found.

What time were you there at? I left work as soon as I could, all decked out in my white shirt, slacks, leather-bottom dress shoes and everything, and headed up in to the mountains. I arrived at the trailhead around 3 local time, and was up to the location by 3:30. I dug through trees and bushes for two and a half hours with no luck. I swear I was the first person there. There were no other footprints on the trail before I headed up, and the only other people I encountered the entire time I was up there were a forest service guy and his buddy, and they weren't looking for the Geo Stash. So, did I completely miss the bearings or what???
