What do you think of the new JK Wrangler? Will it be the equal of its rugged predecessors, or will it go down in the books as a watered-down pretender?

A step in the same direction as the previous Wrangler. Could use a little bit more metal on the fender and grille area, but overall nice to see the return of the Rubicon models and dedication to a stout drive line. Would be nice to see a V8 and deisel version.

Yes! A V8 or diesel would make allot of people very happy.
I was told that Mopar may be offering steel fenders in the near future, and I am sure quite a few aftermarket manufacturers are working on steel fenders for the JK as I write this.
Have a great day…

I would'nt mind seeing chrysler throwing a Hemi block in the new wrangler, however I'm still really bitter about the fact that they're making a 2wd wrangler now. I honestly think the new wrangler could be a better wrangler to buy off stock the lot however if you want to build a rig for rock crawling I would still rather go with a TJ. Another bummer is Chrysler getting rid of the 4.0 inline-6 motor I mean come on man!! A jeep needs her torque!!
